About Coach

I was active throughout college, competing in biathlons, triathlons, and 10k and half marathons. After getting married & having two kids, my motivation was to be able to keep up with them as they got older. Once I had grandkids, I was even more motivated to be active & chase another generation of little ones with so much energy.

I enjoy snow skiing in the winter, wake surfing & mountain biking in the summer.

Turning Point

The birth of my kids & grandkids and the death of my father @ the age of 64 due to poor health.

Motivation & Passion

I appreciate the opportunity & privilege to share the things that make me happy and assist others on their fitness journey. I know first the impact that a healthy lifestyle can have on an individual’s mind, body & soul.
