A FREE 30-minute, one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, meet our staff, discuss your goals, and determine the best path to success using the services we have to offer!
On-Ramp
$120
All new members must complete our on-ramp course. This is a 1-hour introductory course in which you will learn foundational movements, mechanics & methodologies of CrossFit.
