CFC inspires others to better themselves through fitness by providing an atmosphere of non-judgment, endless motivation, and encouragement to stay consistent. We provide our members with trusted coaching and a community of like-minded people resulting in more confident, strong, and healthy humans.
This is a 1-hour introductory course in which you will learn the foundational movements, mechanics & methodologies of CrossFit. You and your coach will tour the facility and discuss any injuries or limitations and goals you have. Your session will end with a short workout designed specifically for you.
Drop-ins are for experienced athletes only. If you do not have CrossFit experience you can check out our On-Ramp program.
