No-Sweat Intro is a FREE 30-minute, one-on-one session that gives you a chance to see our facility, meet our staff, discuss your goals, and determine the best path to success using the services we have to offer! It’s an excellent way for you to see if our gym is a good fit for you!

Required for all unfamiliar with basic barbell training or have not been a member at a similar gym within the last 3 months. 
3, 1-hour sessions 1:1 with a CFC Coach
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who comes to Calaveras Fitness Collective is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, terminology, pre-workout warm-ups, and exercises before participating in regular CFC classes. The CrossFit-4-Beginners introduction courses are taught by a certified Coach. Sessions are booked between you and your Coach and can be done as One-on-One or Two-on-One.

Our CrossFit-4-Beginners is 3; 1-hour introduction courses that upon completion, you will receive 1-month unlimited membership.

During our 3 sessions, you will learn... ​​

✓ The basics of CFC training in a fun and no-pressure setting. Judgment-free zone!

✓ Meet your CFC coach & have all your questions and concerns answered.

✓ Discuss, your specific goals, abilities, and limitations/injuries.

✓ Develop any modifications that address your individual needs.

✓ Safely become acquainted with the intensity of strength and conditioning.

✓ Learn the functional fitness lingo and get familiar with frequently used equipment. 

✓ Leave feeling confident to take on any WOD (Workout Of the Day) offered at

Calaveras Fitness Collective.
