How do I get started at CFC?

If you do not have barbell or CrossFit experience, we require you to take our “CrossFit-4-Beginners” course.

What is “CrossFit-4-Beginners”?

Our beginner's course consists of 3; 1:1 sessions plus a 1-month unlimited membership.  Our #1 priority is your safety.  Meeting 1:1 with a coach will allow CFC to ensure we provide you with good quality training specifically tailored to you and your abilities.

Can I attend a CF class to see if it is the right fit for me?

Yes! There are specific days and times each week that you can drop-in.  Contact us for those specific days and times and we will assist you with your sign-up.  A Drop-In fee of $20 will apply.

Do you have different classes other than CrossFit?

Yes. We offer non-CrossFit classes throughout the year. Check our online calendar for specific class times.

What if I have limitations? 

One size doesn’t fit all just like our fitness abilities. Coaches at CFC are trained and experienced to help you modify movements as needed.

Do I have to be in shape to do CrossFit?

NO! That’s what we are here for!  To help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  Whether you’re a newbie to the fitness world or a seasoned veteran, we got you covered.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes. We have a kid's area! This area is not supervised but is visible from the gym floor

Nope!

How old do you have to be to attend CF classes? 

You must be 14 years or older to attend regular CrossFit classes.  See CrossFit kids program details for 13 and younger offerings.
